A List of Our Seasonal and Full-Time Ferments
CrunchKraut, one of our flagship products, is named as such to convey the 'crunchy-ness' of raw/fresh sauerkraut vs. the 'mushy stuff' that many of us dreaded growing up. This variety is sweeter than it's cabbage-only cousin, PureKraut, due to the addition of carrots, onions, and garlic. It's a popular choice with kids!
KoreanKimchi is our take on the classic Korean-fermented napa cabbage flavored with Korean gochu chili, anchovy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
GarlicSambal is one of our  most addicting ferments, which is made with red-ripe jalapeno peppers and loads of garlic.
PureKraut is our classic fermented cabbage-only sauerkraut.
UmamiOnions is a one-of-a-kind unique Beyond Pickles product made with fermented red onions and infused with the smoky taste of 'morita' peppers - a Mexican-style chipotle pepper made from red jalapenos.
KimchiPeas is another unique fermented condiment made with sugar snap pea pods (instead of napa cabbage) and flavored with the same kimchi flavor of our KoreanKimchi.
TheWholeBeet captures the essence of the entire beet plant - both the bulbs and the greens - to give you that earthy beet taste and a flavor that makes everything better. Small-farm grown in the magical volcanic soils of Eastern Washington.
DillPickles are simply diill, garlic, and 'full sour' fermented cucumbers, family-grown in the Yakima Valley.
Sauerkraut + Beets from small Eastern Washington farms + onions and garlic for an extra umami punch.
